All ballet headpieces come with horsehair attachments. Horsehair is a mesh that will be colored to blend with your hair. It is then sewn to the headpiece. You will bobby pin this mesh to your hair in order to attach the headpiece securely.

Ready-made: Because every ordered is customized for you, I require a minimum of 2 business days to finish your headpiece. This gives me time to add your attachment requests to your tiara. If you are placing an order for more than 1 tiara, I may require more than 2 business days. I evaluate this based on how many tiaras you have ordered, the type of attachment requests made, and number of orders in process.

Made-to-order: Requires two weeks of construction time before the order can be shipped.

US Shipping: All ready made tiaras are shipped within three days of purchase and confirmation of order specifications, such as horsehair attachment, via USPS Priority Shipping. All packages are insured and have tracking. Depending on your zone from my area, packages are received 3-7 days after shipping.

International Buyers: Delivery time is dependent on your location and processing times through customs. I only ship packages by priority express mail, and all packages are insured. Please be aware, you are responsible for any VAT, duty, or other import fees or taxes. Items generally are held at the post office until these fees are paid. I cannot pay these fees for you, as they are determined when the item reaches customs. I can, however, give you an estimate on these.

I offer exchanges or refunds for ready made tiaras; however, the buyer must request return within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and otherwise damaged or modified. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. A Restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.

Generally, custom made tiaras are not eligible for exchanges or refunds; custom order exchanges and refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis.
